Description:
Beach Channel High School is a building build in 1973 located on a large campus overlooking Jamaica Bay in Rockaway Park, Queens. This scope of work included replacement of 1.5M bricks, coping stones, louvers & doors; installation of 200K sf. of built-up roofing; and 6K sf. metal roofing systems. This majority of masonry work was completed within nine months of Adam’s arrival on site. This project was recognized by The Brick Industry Association as one of the finest NYC building restorations in 2011. |
