(Adam’s), a Woman Business owned General Contracting construction company headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. Adam’s is an award winning and growing company that specializes in exterior renovation work for public agencies of New York City. The company was established by Malgorzata Skarzynski in 1994 to provide quality work and exemplary customer service in the construction industry. Under Malgorzata’s leadership, Adam’s has developed into an innovative and competitive construction company. Since its inception, Adam’s has expanded to include construction services covering all five boroughs throughout New York City. Mrs. Skarzynski oversees all functions of the business including construction operations, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, customer service, finance and negotiations.
Mrs. Skarzynski grew up in a family construction business in Poland and views the construction industry as a great business opportunity for entrepreneurs. As a Poland native she came to New York in 1984 with enough construction knowledge to create Adam’s European Contracting Inc. along with her husband and President of the company. Mrs. Skarzynski obtained a degree in Economics from a school in Poland and completed many Accounting classes from SYRIT Computer School.
