They are involved in all aspects of budgeting, planning, and scheduling, as well as, all document control, cost control analysis, project reporting, and project implementation.
Business Management: Our Company is experienced in all aspects of accounting, operations, and human resourcing including recruitment, writing company policy and procedures and marketing and sales. We are experienced in company start-up, growing our business and retaining existing clients. We are a multilingual company fluent in Polish, Spanish, Russian and Italian.
