Quality Control Plan
Adam's European Contracting Inc. firmly believes control begins with solid understanding of the owner’s needs, on-target estimating / budgeting and well-coordinated contract documents. Our approach to this process includes the following elements:
- Pro-actively program the job requirements and coordinate with all other trades.
- Present and document any field conditions different than the contract documents.
- Hold regular coordination meetings with owner, architect and project management personnel.
- Thoroughly check our contract documents and check the documents against the owner’s criteria and our cost model.
- Competitively bid and purchase materials.
- Document progress through meeting minutes, Requests For Information (RFI), submittals and shop drawings, photographic documentation, and record drawings.
- Maintain daily reports of activities during construction.
Our standard is that every project be trouble free for all parties and that it be completed on schedule and on budget.
